Bis uns Andy sein Herz aussch\u00fcttet und uns aller Illusionen beraubt, indem er unwissentlich in der Praxis best\u00e4tigt, was wir von dem Arztehepaar in <em>La Cumbre<\/em> zuvor erfahren haben: Investitionen in Argentinien werden so unattraktiv wie m\u00f6glich gemacht. M\u00f6chte man 100.000 EUR in ein Unternehmen investieren, kassiert der Staat vorab ganz offiziell erst einmal 30% als Investitionssteuer. Vermutlich flie\u00dfen diese ohne Umweg auf das Kirchner-Konto. Dazu kommen die Schmiergelder f\u00fcr die lokalen Politiker, wenn man eine Baugenehmigung oder \u00e4hnliches ben\u00f6tigt. So macht Unternehmertum nicht wirklich Spa\u00df.
